ya need start off school project ,haven even really start doing it lo,
i have been less motivated nowadays now, not been attending training for quite 1 month already,
ya i guess my team mates mus have wonder wad happen to me, or why am i backing out ,
i m really burnout i really need a good time rest, not that i m quiting as i lost interest in it,
i will never give up on martial art as it is something i do which i will feel really me when i doing it,
it is also something which keep me motivated in life, i can take all those torturing hard blow from training has already proven that im one class above average person, by saying this i m not trying to say how good or trying to show off but that's my kind of personal feeling of it.
i was reading on the net and i see this phrase and somehow i got special feeling ,my body cell are wanting to get ready for training again "Train both Internal and External.
External training includes the hands, the eyes, the body and stances.
Internal training includes the heart, the spirit, the mind, breathing and strength" it makes me rem how hard i use to train and i were to give up now it will be all washing down the drain effort..
i have my on way of martial art (武德) use it only for my love one and when my life are endanger unless it shall not be use as violent to subdue people..
i want to go back training but i dun really know how should i start to tell me shi fu and shi jie,
i afraid they have already given up on me.
i m really having mixed emotional now, i hate to have to console myself as it appear to be lying to myself ,telling myself to look on the bright side those are jus motivating words it not so easy as said and really to do it..

i m learning to stand up myself whenever i falls..

past is the history,

today overslept and eventually was late for school,
woke up near 10 and school actually starts at 9 lol,
rush myself there but found out there was not much of lesson,
free roam at the gym slacking haha,
ya my classmate was all shock by my stanning tan skin haha,
they say i was too black and my teeth seems to be obvious white haha..
lol, then rush down to clementi to be the napfa tester,
ya nothing much easy job slack ,
and the weather was sucky today is hot and cold make it very humid,
and eventually i was down wit runny nose and had to walk though the rain while i was going home,
ya school got alot project need to finish stress is coming,
but no stress is gonna make a fuss out of me, i can handle it...

yo hi all is been quite awhile since i last blog, had been rather busy recently not been staying at home quite often too. i got alot of feeling to write out but dont know where should i start it. there are so many things i wanted to let out but i cant find anyone to do so, it so hard to keep everything inside me, the fire is within me, i m starting to cannot control myself my tolerance level is not the past me anymore i get angry easier now...i think i should really have a good chat wit myself and do some reflection.. i m sick and tired of ppl lying ,being used and betraying me jus fuck off my sight!!thinking of it really makes me boil!! is okay wad goes around comes around one day u will get how i felt now.. i should not let this kind of childish act affect myself, yeah last week ji hwee book out and we went santosa tgt for the first time ,lol very funny wit his stupid joke and action , although we all are very tired but he still managed to keep us from sleeping wit his crazy action haha..

yaya and i m into tanning haha been tanning for the past few day, i wanna go back fabulous tan to so i can look darker faster haha,

this coming sat valatine's day will be another year that i gonna spend wit myself again,i had never tried spending it wit my someone special before.. jus by seeing couples, i felt lonely..hiaz how i wish someone will appear into my life and be that special one for me... didnt went school today...
really very tired mentally and physically tired
woke up around 3 plus in the afternoon

yesterday night went to my grandma house to celebrate my grandma's birthday,

haha 1 month plus will be my 18th birthday already..
cant wait to book my basic theory , then can finally drive out

yo went to school today like haha finally lo,
ya went relative house past few days for chinese new year,
and almost every night since last friday we had been drinking,

ya ya yesterday went to disco to drink,
ji hwee finally got book out and can come out play
yesterday i told him not to drive because he everytime find reason saying driving cannot drink too much, but hahaha yesterday he never drive so we give him knock out..

after dunno few cup we know he already gone le start to dance and dance like crazy already

yo...finish buying my new year shirts yeah

haha quite cool serve by someone is who is rather quite gay ,
funny lo the way he teach us how to use the machine the pose he gave us haha,
yeah the tanning really will works..14 min of inside the machine is equal then tanning outside for 4 hour.
ya gonna sign up for package then going to to going tanning more often..

ya last week went hilltop to drink, to celebrate ji hwee last day before going army,
ya didnt open my fav 'martell' haha scare scare ar,
haha that day i was not drunk i was jus feeling giddy haha ,
i had become better drinker lol,
yeah yesterday sunday morning went gangsa wit qi bin, wei liang and my 'yang brother'
haha didnt went there to play lo jus went there to watch how ppl jump,
really alot of cool bike down there and pro bikers jumping there ,
and i targetted one transistion bike which wei liang and yang brother wanted to buy,
so nice lo the frame $2200 like that not bad sia,
if i got that bike i would jump like nothing haha,

and last thing sat drank something which is my first time in my life ,

because we got no money to pump oil have to steal oil,

hmm ya alot of things happen to me this few days.
ji hwee thanks for really caring for me and looking for me,
well i do know who really treat me good and who is not,
an the one that betray me and being a hypocrite trying to say something that i had not done, i know too,
i jus dun wan to confront you,
but i will forgive you,
because i belif in things call karma,it will get back wad u own me one day, it jus had yet to come my friend, oh are u really me friend?ask urself wad do gain by doing all those things to me,

ya last sat night went k box sing for the whole night with joanne and lee zhen till 6 in the morning then off to dojang to sleep...
that very sunday was our last day training at outram ,
it was quite a sudden changes...haiz will miss the outram dojang and feel sad that we are moving,
ya we have move to a bigger place around 5x the size of our own gym.
right now im training at budo acadamy,yeah i shall focus on training and stop fooling around.

i realize that im not good in everything i do..

so long never blog..been to chalet the past 3 days.first night was fun,sneaking into the pool in the middle of the night to swim.haha we jump and jump so loud la then guard came and boom we started our marathon run back to our room..but in the end we still got caught by them and was asked to leave.but after a while we got back in 2 by 2 haha so funny.early in the morning i went school lo so freaking tired took train from one end to the other tsk!second night was la darm dirty lo and the room was like smelly so many ppl are drank omg!..

well today was my last day of school for this year and next mon is my year end exam.today didnt study much in school.stay back in school to pump weight..wao me like got 1 week never train lo as shi fu is not in singapore so no training i know when he come back it wont be easy..haha then we took lots of photo at gym and we keep on having fun lo and took darm heavy weight..today i learn one new pharse which is"no body plan to fail ,but fail to plan'' is quite ture lo...hmm then after whole thing took train home was like so tired lo i went in and fallen asleep lo and i overshot my stop in khatib instead of sembawang wao lao have to take back lo,so tiring..AND I HAD SHAVE ALL MY LEG HAIR (i want shiny shiny leg haha)i wanna go sun tan very much anyone wanna join?

Yesterday morning was our group's turn to do coaching ..yeah and i actually able to wake up at 6 plus so big deal to me haha!!then in the train so many ppl and i got problem getting off the stupid packed train and i have to squeeze myself out wit my stuff that i got to bring to school and the train door almost close before i even got off the train lo..then coaching was cool went off pretty smooth and lucky not really big group..after the session david debrief us and told me my coaching was not that bad and i need to improve with my way of explanation and use more keypoint to teach..then me jeff jerome went west mall kill time before our training.talking bout training yeah yesterday training started out good but it went wrong during my fight wit yong jian ...i had a fight that lasted 1/2 hour wit him and in between the fight we somehow or rather both of us lose our temper and went 100%wit each other and we turn ground fight into real violent...i got one elbow strike from him to my throat while he was trying to grab me, wit it i really cannot take it lo he is like 15 kg heavy and advantage then me and play so violent..i got angry from there and i also strike back wit my elbow to his throat to vent my anger.and the fight ended wit time out as joanne say we had fight for to long and too violent and we draw..haiz i have long time never lose my temper during fights le maybe my mind was not focus yestesday..due to the fight yesterday my whole body today was soring and pain everyway..i think he was not better anyway as i think i had hurt him too...i mus learn to CONTROL MYSLEF if i wanna be strong...

Today i got up late again and eventually i was late for school again haha reach school around 10.30 and today was totally wrong i got a more that an half an hour nag from mr david about my performance.looking on the bright side it had been good atleast he still bother to nag at me.afternoon not really lesson going on but jus another session of nagging and DETENTION which turn out to be enjoyable for us haha.and after everything lech and lexon follow me to my training centre to help me take stuff haha very funny lo we keep on playing around lo and i have to take the padding to take train during peak hour darn ps for me lo ppl like keep on looking at me lo as i also taken big space..

jus reach home from the training today...today woke up at 12 plus ,slack at home awhile till 3 plus then travel out to training..reach there like quite late lo and was about to roll le and i didnt do any drill today..today was very tiring because i fight with 2 monster (1)sheng da,(2)yong jian...they are like super heavy for me lo..but haha happy i still can tab yong jian out although he is more heavy then me...small size ppl also can win bigger size ppl so look down on small size ppl yeah..after training today my whole body is darn pain lo and i think i hurt my knee lo during the fight wit yong jian when he was trying to do a kneebar on me,i hope there should be nothing yeah...then have dinner wit joanne at amk sumo house ,the food there is really cheap lo and really can eat till very full lo cool..then CAB home haha

haha cool i was late for school AGIAN today and when i reach the boxing coaching already started le then david give me the black face agian hahaha!!lunch went west mall wit jeff and walk walk hunting for my headset that i wanted but could not find sian lo!!then went back school after that another coaching session halfway i stop playing le ,so boring lo..then after school i went to find my headset again but still cant find lo i want the yellow wan so cool hahaha..19th nov swimming competition and i need swim butterfly siao lo like killing me lo..tmr evening going to swim wit jerome lech they all to train up le cannot lose face haha...i believe i will wake up on time tmr hehe...

yeah i woke up late again today BUT i still take my own sweet time getting ready..haha i 9 have to be in school but 8.45 im still eating my breakfast..reach school yeah and had fun and 'HOT TOPIC' wit them haha..and i declare myself half day off again and left during lunch wit jeff...and today very unlucky my headset finally spoil the wire of it broke into half .(i need new headset) and i find myself like everyday late for school and giving myself early dismiss lol!!haha i always wake up early in the morning in regret, regret why i didnt sleep earlier last night so tiring lo..

today got my hair cut,then went to training then on my way at yishun while i was walking to the mrt station suddendly heavy rain pour down BUT there was a indian co-worker very nice he offer to share umbrella wit him...thanks to him i didnt have to be all wet..then today training alot ground work and drill was really tiring and my training gi are starting to tear i think is time to buy new one yeah..after training went dinner wit shi fu ,joanne ,and hao and shaw complex and we had lots of laughter there..after all that shi fu drop me and hao at amk and we went home...is so tiring lo im having headache now and very lame lo i have to wait for my washing machine to finish washing then to hang my training stuff then can sleep...
dun know why everymorning i jus could not wake up on time and i will always be late for school...

okay today was our amazing race at yishun ite..haha quite fun la actually have to run for 1.6 then do a nature walk canal crossing archery and team challenge and we didnt expect to came in first among 50 teams...we jus have fun and enjoy ourself ..and i m all mudded and dirty hahaha

YEAH 13OCT was her birthday i gave myself half day off from school and went to find her...and bbq at east coast wit her classmate.before the bbq started we went cycling haha so fun lo and also her friend bike got problem then come out funny noise then we keep laughing because of it so funny...hehe and i spend the whole night wit her and we had a wonderful and unforgettable night together.anyway last sat 18 oct we went pula ubin and cycle....alot mosquito bite and the road there to cycle was tiring and half way it rain and i was all wet lucky she had brought umbrella if not she would have been all wet as me...BUT AFTERALL WE HAD FUN!

today is sunday..i been staying in this school for 1 week le and really time here are really slow.i think we all have finish all that we need to do here now are all free time for us.3 more days to hotel and 5 more days to SINGAPORE..this few days seems to be the slowest days of my life for me..and i really miss her like hell,yesterday was 27TH our 5th month cant be wit her so sad.i really wanna see her without her i m really at lost..DEAR I KNOW TMR WILL BE UR N-LEVEL LE ,GOOD LUCK YA AND REM TO THINK POSITIVE YA U CAN DO IT DE 5 DAYS WILL BE VERY FAST DE AND WE CAN SEE EACH OTHER EVERYDAY LE..and tuesday night we are going to see farewell to the student here and wed morning we will be back to hotel le..TIME PLS GO FASTER...

HI all im at china now using one of the com here..7 more days to hotel and and friday i will be back to singapore....the ppl here are really very poor thing they really got nothing here and the life here really are way different from singapore...the children here really got nothing not like wad singaporean kids have..all the can do is to stay around in the school and they dont even have money to eat out...i really find myself lucky to be in singapore...i see how they live here i felt sad for them lo..and worst thing last night teacher told us got typhoon and it already hit hong kong BUT luckly the typhoon is gone and wont hit us anymore le but it keep on raining now...

i missing home now i miss my everything esp i miss her alot i cant wait to jus go home now..counting from now i still have 9 more days to go then HOME..sad this month 27th i cant be wit her and im wondering wad is she gonna do on the day...i regretted coming here..every min of me now im thinking of her wondering how is she doing and wad she is doing...dear i love you alot...and i miss you ...

went training today,then she came and find me and waited for me to end my training...i felt so gulity lo my training starts at round 6 then end round 9 then she jus sit there and waited for me to end lo....then in the in the end we wnt back and we only eat dinner around 9 plus...then she was not feeling well...well i really appreciated it that she come all the way from jus to spend time wit be and had to eat dinner so late wit me i promise in the furture i mus treat her good yeah....
hmm sunday there will be judo fight hope this time i will perform better and training today was good learn new restrain hold...sometimes i jus wonder in normal daily life,will violence jus issue...i seriously HATE ppl who use violence on ppl to solve problem be it beating or throwing of thing or banging of stuff...to me i always stick to my motto which my shi fu told me to always rem"i learn martial art is to help the weak not to fight" yeah and i use to get builled too by ppl before , the feeling is not good..if i had the chance or no choice but to fight outside oneday to protect myself or my loved one i think i fight that person like never before....

sorry guys didnt update for so long,had been rather busy for the past few weeks.. talking about the bjj competition, i didnt any medal back..but to mean the reason is simple is that i am not strong enough for them which i already gave in my best to fight...this shall be a experiance for me the next fight i will fight better i hope...this coming sunday gonna be another grappling match gonna take part too...anyway last sat went to k box to sing wit joanne and sheng da till 4 . so fun lo we keep singing and singing and after went back to training centre to sleep for tmr training...so after all those crazy stuff i m really wear off, went to find her awhile and went home to sleep...so today i woke up at 12 plus didnt go school agian my whole is too tired le lo really need to have a goo rest now....AND I MISS HER ALOT...

actually wanted to blog yesterday but i was too tired...yeah i give myself off today again and school was actually half day today...so if i had go to school there will also be not much to learn...training yesterday was good i manage to win sd a round wit an armbar and everyone was like shock as it was my 1st time winning him ...he is really a hardcore wan lo so hard to fight him and he was a commando...fighting a person like him is really like pushing oneself to the limit no matter wad he jus wont feel any pain.BUT during the second round when i fought wit he again ,i got a rear neck choke from him and i heard a bone breaking sound from my jaw and i tab out...i thought my jaw was gone it was so pain and i could not move it but luckly after icing my jaw i manage to get it moving haha...but up to now is still a little pain lo when i m chewing ,hope i recover from it soon...anyway alif dun feel stress and dishearted to setback over training okay rest well and dun think too much ya...

Hi all didnt go school today as i was not feeling really well..this few day have to go simei ite to help out in the track and field...sian lo need to travel so long from my house to there take more then an hour lo...tmr is gonna be a busy day ,morning gonna go help out again and in the afternoon going indoor stadium for volunteer work and in the evening there's training will be pack for tmr...

i just finish my deferment for my ns so troublesome...anyway today afternoon lesson had been cancel and i went orchard wit jerome to catch a movie...we watch the movie "meet dave" well the show was not as nice as i had expected at some part i find it rather lame lo and after went walk round and we check out the price of the i phone and guess wad the the phone is $1300 lo so EXPENSIVE..i think my dream of getting the phone is gone sad...after that went to dojang for training and reach there early today around 4...my training starts at 6 and i got nothing to do so i fall asleep HAHA..wao today training was really tough lo went outdoor trainning and we were ask to crawl on the floor and strength power trainning ...to end off the training i fight 10 round of 3 min.. it is really hard lo my body is showing sign that i cannot push on lo it sore everywhere...and shi fu say i will have no problem winner the bjj competition ,the more he put hope on me the more presure i felt and i m starting to worry for the match lo...right now my body are really restless everymove i make is pain..hmm i really tired ,maybe a good night sleep and i will wake up feeling better..

hi all is been a week since my last post..been quite busy dun really have time to update..well today after school went straight home to touch up on my power point slide. ..after finnishing all my slide hmm gonna present it in class dunno tmr or thursday sian i hate it... yeah 30and 31 aug is gonna be a importance day i'm gonna be fighting in the bjj match no gi and gi fight...2 WEEKS left i cant slack le haha...training is getting tougher i can feel the sorness from my body every after training..i hope i will not meet my buddy alif in the early round as he is in the same weight class as me if not it will be really hard on both of us...for the time being i will train hard.

no matter what happen i will never leave you alone =)

i m still deciding should i join the muay thai match..well i have started training since i was near 14 i guess i gonna be ready this time..my shi fu say the muay thai is gonna be tough casue there are elbow and knee and injury will occur...well thats why i m still in consideration..BUT i think i will be mostly fighting in the bjj tournament tgt with my buddy alif..i only started to learn bjj in this year but i jus gonna join the game and have fun out of it win or lose are not really impotance is that i will get to learn something out of it...the fight is just gonna be 3 week time i really gonna train super hard if im joining..wish me all the best guys if i m fighting...hahaha..

as usual i was late for school today agian..i really had problem waking up in the morning..lesson was quite boring and i stay till 3 pm today...and finally mr david rem to bring the aviva money and i got $60 consider a not bad as i work only few hour a day..wth lo is like only $10 a day and i even went airport to receive player and send them back to the hotel and the job i did was stupid boring lo bring player to training and nothing to do wan jus sit there and watch them play the game and after their training need to bring them back to hotel again.....anyway after school i went west mall with jerome and we watch the movie "money not enough 2" it was really a lame show lo totally no link and is in hokkien...but some part of it was touching..well if u are feeling lame maybe this show may suit u as it is really very lame... training tmr hmm i really gotta train hard i dun like the feeling of losing..TRAINING MAKES ME TOUGHER haha...

well this shall be my first decent post,as usual went training today it was quite cool, a guy from other club who is a mma fighter came into my club and train and i was made to partner with him for the whole session and at the end of the training i had to spar with him BUT he never give me chance lo hit me so hard.then after all those rolling i had my meal with melvin and went home.. on the way homw she call me and we chated for awhile before she went to sleep..we had not meet for the past few day and i seriously miss her badly and i just wanted her to be on the phone with me longer..maybe i should understand her more...is time for me to sleep now but i jus could not fall asleep lo is so tiring to not be able to fall alsleep when i am really tired...
